last night I went on my first formal date...

with my daddy!!

The dress is from Jess... thanks so much! I love it!!

I'm sticking out my tongue a little in this one... but you can see the absolutely ridiculous shoes in this picture... whoever invented high heels probably needs to be shot. Horrible and totally unpracticle idea!

Dad's making sure I don't fall and die with those shoes on....

We went to Three Birds on Market Street... I got some sort of steak that was rather spicy... but good... the mash potatoes were incredible, but the cheese cake was amazing!!!
So proof that high heeled shoes are stupid... half way through the meal I had to go to the bathroom... and the restroom was upstairs... I leave and make it up the stairs okay... then I'm coming down and I nearly fell and died with those shoes on... I felt so stupid but relieved that I didn't actually fall... that would have been incredibly embarrasing!!
And we came home and watched Beauty and the Beast... a gift from my friend Joe St. Angelo... good times!

Anyhow... peace out. ;-)

dell

ps. For those going to youth camp 2006 what seminars are you going to on Thursday and Friday...???

Glad you didn't die...high heels are kind of funny...but don't tell that to verticly challenged people!

sweet. isn't it great how you can be all feminine and yet still not be too "girly"? haha.
dang. my dad doesn't take me on fancy dates...i don't think i've ever worn a dress out with him. poor guy.

oh, as for high heels, i'm sure some guy invented them. i would agree that he needs to be shot, but then they do make me taller...
you'll learn how to walk in them. (just not on slippery wood floors. it can't be done.)

Sounds groovy.
Looks fun.

Beauty and the Beast?
why?

my mind is swimming in a sea of confusion.

Which Beauty and the Beast?

okay, confession here...i like the old Disney version...i grew up on that. in fact, the other day i was having a hard time with 2 of the little girls. (bored, whining, fighting; typical nanny problems)so we acted out Beauty and the Beast. I shocked them by singing almost every song. hahahaha.

dang i haven't watched that in years...maybe my little sis will suddenly get this random desire to watch it sometime...heehee.

Beauty and the Beast is my favorite movie ever (yes, the old disney version). I've always always loved that movie... so, we watched it since Joe got it for me (not you Joe Szcebel ;) ).

Sorry Beth! I didn't know it was yours... mum told me it was Jessica's... but thanks! Is the black one yours as well...? I really like them!

Dami, even tho it was fun to get all dressed up... going out with dad is much more fun in jeans and a t-shirt to pizza ;).

I'm rebelling against high heels.

haha.actually, the best is when you get coffee and end up sitting in the car because you can't get downtown after all.

still waiting for pics to download...

Ummmm...... that wasn't what I meant. I was confused at why you would willingly watch it....... but whatever floats your boat, eh?

Delian said...

Would you willingly watch your favorite movie? ;)

That is all I can say.....

and even that is lame

joel sczebel said...

not if it was Beauty and the Beast.

if your favorite movie was beauty and the beast i'd say you probably have some sort of mental problem (not saying that you don't... ;) ).
