So... guess what?
I GOT MY PERMIT TODAY! I'm so excited, and for all you other hosers with a license or permit, don't take my thunder! hahaha, jst jk. I'm really excited! Just went driving for the first time on the road with dad in the Suburban (which is a beast to drive) and it was great! Actually, it really felt like I had already driven before and stuff so I wasn't nervous at all... with the exception of turning when there was a car right there. So... I'm pretty excited and now I've got to go eat!!!

Yeah, I believe you are the ONLY person I've seen squeal wheels INTO a parking place. lol It takes time, you'll get it. Congrats!!! And in Dell's defense... I've driven the suburban, it is quite the beast. :)
Well, besides those that are trying to outrun the cops, wait, were you? ;)
Congrats!
Haha - you totally took that picture of yourself - did you not?! I know because I do that all of the time (hey, if no one is going to take pictures of me, I have to do it myself because I have to pass on SOME memories to antiquity - lol!)...
Hoora for you on getting your permit! I will have to renew mine soon - it expires August 21st... that shows you how eager I am to drive - well, I AM eager to drive, but I guess I'm just takin' it slooooowwww! My birthday was last February (for turning 16), I didn't get my permit until August (who knows why...), then it was winter and I didn't want my first ever driving lessons to be in the snow, so I had to wait for spring...and 50 hours is ALOT!!! It is more than it sounds like! It is going to take me until I am like 50 years old to get 50 hours of driving practice in with gas as highly priced as it is and as many places as we go (not)!!! I am glad I don't have to learn on a suburban though...I am generally an overly-cautious driver, and I think that driving a suburban would be nerve-wracking (especially if my mom was driving with me...she's the tense on AND the one who always seems to be the one who I have to drive with...)! But I am glad for you!
Well, this has been another long comment from TAI...
I left comments on your other posts as well. TTFN!
