Family Night
Yesterday I took my almost two year old brother outside to swing around in the yard. It was a bit wet, but still fairly nice out. First I just chased him around then I picked him up and started swinging him around. He loved it. For probably 45 minutes to an hour I was constantly swinging him around and around, then setting him down... he was so dizzy he would often fall then look up to the sky. After a while, big sister got quite dizzy herself adn put him down... he wasn't so excited about that.
When we finished playing we went inside and we were informed that the whole family was going to dunkin donuts for a family night. Off we went. We got there as everyone else ordered Jarred and Gabriel sat down at a table so that they could amuse themselves.
We ordered then sat down all together
The donuts were gotten and before I could even get a picture of them together they were snagged up. alas ;)
My little brother was extremely excited about all the donuts he was able to eat... this was only his first.
Here's Jarred looking pretty... scary... hmmm...
Here's a picture of me and my little sister Neeki (who's almost 10).
This is a picture of my mom and little brother Gabriel
This was one of Gabriel's favorite games... try to give dad a high five... while dad was moving... haha... he finally won!
Okay... so i absolutely love this picture!! I thought it was completly hilarious!!
Then we went across the street so Jarred could get his wiffle ball bat (that he's been begging for since he broke his other one...)
Then off to home... to play some wiffle ball... then to sit around and read Beric the Briton until 11 o'clock, talked with mum till like 12 o'clock then watched a movie till 1:30... then we went to bed.
I'm done yall! Have a great day!!

nice.
i wish for your sake you had Tim Hortens.
the best doughnuts you will ever eat.
dunk away.:.
Any of your family coming to NA:?
I prefer Krispy Cream-fresh out of the oven.....yum
anyways, cool pictures!
what movie did you watch?
Tim Hortens is Canada's official national addiction.
Hmmmmmm......I'll have to try one someday......
so much better then KC oh. so good. excellent pictures. what movie did you watch? excellent. i love movies. we went and saw over the head hedge. wonderful movie. really quite wonderful.
i am a little crazy right now,i think it is being cooped up in the house with small children. it does something to you....
I can't wait till it comes out on video!
And, I just got to thinking....I haven't even tried a Tim Hortens and I'm saying that I like something else better than it!...
...... I must be opinunated. (don't think I spelled that right)
I remember when I used to swing Mish a around like that.... Now she mainly wants me to carry her on my shoulders... must be something about being six feet taller that she likes. But at any rate, when we were at the Washington DC Zoo the other month, I carried her around like that practicaly the whole time we were there. And all these Chinese people kept staring at me....
Did you ride the Metro in DC?
I have some good Metro memories.
"the donuts were gotten" ??
Whaaa....??
actually, tim hortens' doughnuts are only better in canada.
back in the states, you forget and duncan donughts are good again.
there is one in Olean. By the Old Navy and Walmart across the street from BK. That's a 3hr drive from ya'll though. (i think. it's 1hr from us in belmont and we're 2hrs from you)
i liked the last pic. and jarred looks a old. i thought he was a kid? what happened?
a little boy at grace is turning 8... i remember when he was a little toddler and sat in my lap all night talking to me about bugs. it seems like everyone's growing up.
anyway, this was a good post and i wish i had a digital. sorry i got all long-winded but i haven't talked to ya in awhile...
miss you!
you are right, Jarred is getting to be a 'big' brother instead of my little brother ;). He likes it.
The movie we watched was 'Dreamer' it wasn't really worth watching, lol.
No one is technically going to NA from my family except for PJ and he's not really my bro... hmm.
Well, the Dunkin donuts here in Corning needs to get a bit better... it was pretty sad, so whatever other donut places there are they are probably better ;). All arguments cease. heehee.
The donuts were gotten... that doesn't sound weird to me... are you making fun of me Joe?
no, it's bad english. sorry dell.
"we got the donoughts" would've been better.
but I hadn't gotten any of the doughnuts yet so I can't say 'we' ;).
Hey, por favor comments at 2sistersinchrist.blogspot.com
especially for Anna's poems! ;).
just to correct ya'll.......it is TIM HORTON'S
Just for the one who previously corrected my spelling.....it is "opinionated".
you probably had to go look that up to make sure you had it right ;).
hey//
.
no, the sczebels always know how to spell correctly any word that you get wrong.
but they are not the best spellers otherwise. :)
nice "ya'll" aly. we'll make you southern yet, eh?
i am trying.
while we are on the whole southern-spelling thing...
pam says you spell ya'll .....y'all. can everyone tell her she is wrong.
thanks
Just so you know als, y'all would make a lot more sense because it's a short way of saying "you all".
.
I don't think it truly matters... people know you're trying to talk in a southern accent. so y'all (ya'll) can stop arguing ;). May there be peace on dell's comments.
Hey, in Dreamers defence, I thought is was a pretty good movie.
Even though is was your regular horse movie where the horse gets hurt, is adopted, and after some stuggles wins the national derby. So if you just ignore that......there were even some KC doughnuts in it!
lol
yeah but then it would be pronounced "ya-all" instead of "yaaawwwlll". sorry pams. you're wrong.
dreamer had nice music. i like hearing joshua bell play the violin. even if that is the only time i've heard it.(and the only reason i know anything about it is cause when i took my little sis to see it, it says that in the opening credits).
Good music is good.
OK, violins rock and, in defence of Dreamer, well, our family pretty much liked it. A "bad word" or two were un-necissarily thrown in, though (OK, I just hate when people do that - love scenes with people who aren't even married do that to me too...maybe that is why [should I say this? - I may get stoned to death...] Pride and Predjudice isn't exactly my favorite movie either... I'm not saying that I hate it. It's just not my favorite. Fair enough? I like Nicholas Nickleby and the ususal LOTR etc though.) I also happen to like many of Bethany Dillon's songs (she sang the song during the credits of Dreamer... I just hope the "fame" doesn't corrupt her. I LOVE your camera Dell!!! Cool pictures!

The violin in The Village is incredible.
And "Central Park" from the King Kong soundtrack is good too.
King Kong... was pretty dumb... lol. I watched it in the theatre and I was freaked out almost the entire time, and no one care :(
I enjoyed it.
And the soundtrack was really good.
I was just scared through out the whole time they were on the island... especially of the natives... they creeped me out!
Neat pics :D
hey! how did ya find me? (these stories are usually quiet interesting ;)
I love good soundtracks!
:)
